Hi all! I’m Delphine (she/her) and thrilled to be one of the Data Science TAs for the Navigating Change course. I love anything ocean-related and I’m looking forward to troubleshooting code and assisting with your projects this term. I have learned the programming language R through Data Science I and II at COA, and I also used a lot of text analysis to work on oral history related projects over the summer. Additionally, I spent a lot of time going through Freeland Bunker’s journals and collaborated on the data formatting of the Freeland Bunker Project. I will assist in some of the classes but will also have some flexible hours outside of class, and can easily be reached by email!
